JBL PartyBox Ultimate: The brand’s new beast with 1100W and Dolby Atmos

JBL is expanding their party speaker lineup with the introduction of the highest performance models yet. The JBL PartyBox Ultimate, a speaker packed with features to take your parties to the next level.

This speaker was officially unveiled on August 30th of this year at the JBL Club event in Berlin, Germany, which we were lucky enough to attend. We were able to see it in action and without a doubt we found it to be an extremely powerful sound system, with a thundering bass and we are sure it will delight anyone looking to throw a big party.

We talk about a speaker with considerable dimensions, so it is intended for use outdoors or in rooms with significant dimensions. In a normal house or if you have a small garden, you can use the smaller PartyBox models like the PartyBox110. But if you want to use it in a venue or in a large room or in the open air with a large number of people, this is the perfect speaker.

Water resistance

This new Ultimate series, unlike anything we have seen before, comes with IPX4 water resistance. This means that you can’t submerge it (something we don’t think you’d think of doing), but it can withstand splashes. As a result, you will be able to use it near the swimming pool and if it does get a little wet when someone jumps into the water with a splash, it will still be able to function. Keep the port cover closed so that no water can get into the ports.
